Cardmarket Buyout Helper (the “Extension”) is provided by IamLadi s.r.o., č.p. 332, 739 45 Fryčovice, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 09877169, VAT ID (DIČ) CZ09877169, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 84636.

The Extension is a free Chrome browser extension for trading card vendors. It reads the Cardmarket.com page you are viewing and calculates buyout (purchase) prices, keeps local buyout lists, and generates purchase-record documents. It is distributed through the Chrome Web Store as an unlisted item — installation is by direct link.

The Extension is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cardmarket, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or Google. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer it except where the law permits.

• Your use of Cardmarket remains governed by Cardmarket’s own terms; the Extension does not exempt you from them.
• Calculated prices are suggestions computed from the listing you are viewing — verify them before committing to any transaction.
• Generated purchase documents are templates, not legal advice. You are responsible for their legal adequacy for your business and for any personal data of your customers you enter into them.
• Your data lives only in your browser. Use the built-in Export to keep backups; see the Privacy Policy for details.

The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. It reads a third-party website that can change at any time and without notice, which may break some or all functionality until an update ships. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of calculated prices, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Czech law, IamLadi s.r.o. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of the Extension. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update the Extension and these terms; material changes will be noted in the release notes and on this page. We may discontinue the Extension; because all data is stored locally, discontinuation does not delete your data, and the Export function remains the way to take it with you.
